But the heartbreaking moments are one of the things really pulls us and makes us love this show more than any other.
Moment #1
We get our first heartbreaking moment just minutes into the first episode. During Kahlan and Dennee's desperate chase through the forest, Dennee is shot by an arrow. She makes it through the trees but tumbles into the water when they reach the river.
The sight of her lying in the shallows covered in mud, obviously in pain but still imploring Kahlan to leave her and continue their mission is enough to have anyone tearing up. Then it's heightened even more by Kahlan, with her voice breaking, kissing her sister's forehead and asking the spirits to protect her.
I think it was that moment I knew I was going to like this show.

Ahh this was really sad - but i didn't really catch onto how sad it was until I learnt more about Kahlans character I guess...
Other saddd moments... When R&K are trying to get out of the Valley where the SOT is and they are climbing up the cliff and Kahlan sacrifices herself (thankgod she didn't die)
and also when Kahlan stabs richard when she is in the blood rage and then snaps out of it and breaks downnn and sobs all over him :(:(
Don't worry, there will be more HB moments :)
